Sequential fire or instant random fire capability from hand-held transmitter.  Range = 1/2 mile, line-of-sight.  Frequency = 418 MHz.  FCC certified. Transmitter and receiver are compatible with many other Holatron products.

Unlike many imported systems, transmitter and receiver are crystal controlled for exceptional frequency stability.  No tuning or alignment is ever required.  Receiver is superhetrodyne type for exceptional stability, sensitivity, and interference rejection.  Firing latency is imperceptible.

System is custom designed specifically for pyro applications and is not a modified garage door opener or auto security system.  Redundant transmission of 64 bit noise-tolerant security code + error detection ensure safety, reliable firing, and resistance to interference. Proprietary security codes unique to an individual customer can be supplied.

Built-in receiver out continuity testing.  High quality "Pyro Clips" (not speaker terminals) are used for receiver outputs.  Max fire current = 3 amps.  Unlike many imported systems which use mechanical relays, Holatron uses high quality FET switches to eliminate the danger of accidental firing due to mechanical shock.

It is expandable to 72 Cues with 6 receivers set to 6 different channels. It can be set to digital channels 1 thru 6. Receivers set to identical channel numbers may be fired simultaneously by a transmitter set to that same channel (for fronts and similar effects). You can have multiple receivers set to the same channel or 6 receivers set to 6 different channels or any combination thereof.

Receiver and transmitter battery charge levels displayed on their respective panels.  48 hour continuous receiver operation on one battery.

Transmitter keypad is luminescent for use in dark environments. The panel will continue to glow for two to three hours after being exposed to a bright light source. Keys are embossed for good tactile feedback. Transmitter is fully sealed for dust and moisture resistance.
